The Baraboo Kiwanis Club recognizes a community volunteer with an award named after one of the club’s charter members, the devoted public servant Dr. Al Dippel. A committee of past Kiwanis presidents evaluates the nominations, giving weight to the breadth of organizations served, as well as each nominee’s length of service.
